**Job Title** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary** Drive early-stage pipeline growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting qualified meetings for senior sales consultants. Use CRM expertise to target strategic accounts, engage senior decision-makers, and nurture opportunities until handover. **Expectations** - Generate and qualify high‑quality sales opportunities that advance the revenue pipeline. - Deliver a consistent volume of outreach activities and secured qualified meetings. - Demonstrate proficiency in HubSpot and outbound prospecting tools. - Act independently while aligning with broader sales strategy and values. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and map target organizations, outlining key decision‑makers. - Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach). - Qualify leads, manage objections, and schedule discovery/fit‑gap meetings. - Build and maintain a detailed activity log in HubSpot or equivalent CRM. - Prepare and brief senior solution sales consultants with relevant insights. - Share market intelligence and prospecting learnings internally. - Develop personal brand and professional visibility on LinkedIn through social selling. - Serve as CRM super‑user, assisting teammates with data hygiene and workflow optimization. **Required Skills** - 1–3 years in sales, business development, or sales development role. - Proven ability to navigate corporate structures and engage senior contacts. - Strong written and verbal communication, cold‑outreach, and objection handling. - Expertise with HubSpot (or comparable CRM, e.g., Salesforce). - Familiarity with financial services (insurance, investment management) preferred. - Self‑starter, autonomous, target‑driven, and resilient in high‑volume environments. - Comfortable working across multiple locations and time‑zones. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred). - Certified HubSpot Sales Software or equivalent CRM certification a plus.
