The role covers the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and delivery hand‑over, driving pipeline growth and revenue targets. **Expectations** - Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust pipeline. - Close new deals that meet or exceed margin and revenue targets. - Deliver accurate forecasts and achieve quarterly sales quotas. - Show “hunter” mindset: proactive outreach and persistence. - Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure service viability. **Key Responsibilities** - **Business Development:** Identify and research new client opportunities via cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach. - **Needs Analysis:** Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business objectives. - **Solution Selling:** Design and deliver tailored presentations and demos of managed services (Unified Communications, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Connectivity). - **Sales Cycle Management:** Lead the entire cycle—lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing. - **Collaboration:** Coordinate with internal teams (pre‑sales, delivery, marketing) to secure feasibility and client satisfaction. - **Forecasting & Reporting:** Track activities in CRM, forecast sales accurately, and report progress to management. **Required Skills** - Proven track record in new business acquisition within IT services. - Strong communication and presentation abilities; can articulate technical value to business stakeholders. - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services portfolio. - Self‑motivated “hunter” mentality with persistence and resilience. - Ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business outcomes. - Team orientation; works effectively with cross‑functional groups. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - MEDDPICC or MEDDICC accreditation highly desirable. - Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodology frameworks.
