Job Description

Job title: Junior Product Designer (Internship) Role Summary: Assist in creating intuitive, engaging product experiences on a SaaS platform by designing user interfaces, prototypes, and animations in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Expectations: - Complete a 6‑month internship, contributing to real projects and design deliverables. - Maintain a user‑centric approach, translating complex requirements into clear, aesthetic solutions. - Deliver pixel‑perfect designs and iterate based on user feedback and KPI data. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design usable solutions for the product, including mockups, prototypes, and animations. - Co‑lead design critique sessions with cross‑functional teams. - Facilitate and conduct user testing sessions; analyze findings to refine designs. - Engage in the QA process and adjust designs based on quality metrics. - Research current UX trends and best practices to inform design decisions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tool). - Basic front‑end knowledge (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with engineers. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - English fluency (written & spoken). - Meticulous attention to detail and pixel‑perfect execution. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent coursework) in UX Design, Digital Arts, Interaction Design, or related field.
