Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Consultant **Role Summary:** Lead the analysis of customer business processes and drive successful implementation of 4PS construction ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central). Act as the primary consultant within project teams, ensuring maximum software value for clients and supporting pre‑sales and product management activities. **Expectations:** - Translate client processes into functional ERP configurations. - Serve as a critical, professional sparring partner for stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset, continuous learning, and self‑development. - Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering. - Design, configure, and customize ERP solutions to match construction industry needs. - Lead implementation projects, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders. - Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and post‑implementation support. - Contribute to pre‑sales activities, solution demos, and proposal development. - Collaborate with product management to relay client feedback and influence roadmap. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of business processes, especially in construction (preferred). - Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central (minimum 5 years). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities. - Entrepreneurial attitude, proactive learning, and self‑motivation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-300, MB-500) are advantageous but not mandatory.
