**Job Title:** Global VP, Information Technology (Infrastructure)
**Role Summary:**
Senior executive responsible for defining, communicating, and executing a 5‑year global IT infrastructure strategy. Ensures secure, standardized, and efficient technology environments across all offices, oversees enterprise applications, drives governance and compliance, and leads a small high‑performing IT team while managing vendor relationships and transformation initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver a global IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Provide quarterly updates and annual plans to senior leadership.
- Build and grow a focused IT team (1–3 direct reports) and establish governance frameworks.
- Lead security and compliance initiatives (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle management of hardware, software, and SaaS platforms.
- Champion automation, AI, and modern tools to increase operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and present long‑term IT strategy and budget.
- Standardize office IT setup, network, and workspace connectivity globally.
- Oversee implementation of enterprise applications (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce, HRIS, PSA).
- Maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response plans.
- Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, and best practices.
- Lead SOC 2 readiness, audit preparation, and quarterly cyber‑security reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships, define SLAs, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate end‑user support, training, and adoption of digital tools.
- Identify and deploy automation (Power Automate, M365) and workflow improvements.
- Support office expansions, M&A integrations, and global system migrations.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic leadership and vision for global IT infrastructure.
- Strong governance, risk, and compliance management.
- Expertise in enterprise application deployment (ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Proven track record in security (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Budgeting, cost control, and financial stewardship.
- Change management and transformation execution.
- Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12–15+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations leadership.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
