The role involves transitioning the company from a startup to an enterprise-grade financial platform. Expectations: Minimum 6 years of commercial Java experience; expertise in JVM, Spring ecosystem, and cloud-native development required. Strong understanding of enterprise system design and agile methodologies. Prior experience in financial services, open banking, or real-time processing preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-availability Java back-end systems for a payments platform. - Collaborate on new product development and improvement of existing solutions. - Implement best practices for IT system architecture and agile team workflows. - Integrate open banking standards and real-time transaction processing capabilities.
