**Job Title:** Full-Stack Web Developer
**Role Summary:** Build accessible, performant WordPress and Drupal websites from design to deployment, integrating functionality with data tracking and third-party tools. Balance technical execution with creative problem-solving for end-to-end web projects.
**Expectations:** Candidate must independently translate brand guidelines, wireframes, and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant web solutions while collaborating on Git-based workflows and cross-functional handoffs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop custom themes/plugins/modules for WordPress/Drupal, including Gutenberg blocks, Twig templates, and responsive layouts.
- Integrate social media ad tracking, analytics, and REST/GraphQL APIs into website architecture.
- Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA/Section 508 compliance, optimize Core Web Vitals, and secure configurations.
- Configure CMS environments (Pantheon, Acquia, WP Engine), manage deployments, and document technical processes.
- Translate wireframes into UI/UX specifications using Figma/Adobe XD; produce design mockups if gaps exist.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3-5+ years of professional WordPress/Drupal project delivery (end-to-end).
- WCAG/Section 508, Core Web Vitals, REST/GraphQL knowledge.
