Job Description
**Job Title:** Talent Management & Entertainment Intern – Fall 2025 **Role Summary:** A paid, 4‑month internship (September – December) supporting talent managers and cross‑functional teams. Duties include administrative support, research, project tracking, and assistance on talent‑related initiatives such as endorsements, brand deals, and music releases. Primarily office‑based in Beverly Hills with optional remote work based on schedule. **Expectations:** - Commit to a full‑time schedule for the Fall semester (approx. 40 hrs/week). - Deliver accurate reports and marketing materials on deadline. - Maintain professionalism while interacting with emerging talent and internal stakeholders. - Proactively identify and solve problems; communicate updates clearly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and update talent one‑sheets, statistics, press round‑ups, and newsletters. - Compile weekly/monthly talent tracking and analytics reports; attend related meetings. - Support talent on project tasks and personal requests. - Prepare and organize internal/external brand collateral. - Monitor industry players, projects, and competitors; produce regular internal briefings. **Required Skills:** - Strong interest in talent management, agency, PR, digital media, or production. - Familiarity with digital influencer/talent ecosystem (preferred). - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently. - Strategic and creative thinking aligned with business objectives. - Ability to build rapport with young, emerging talent. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Business, Entertainment Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field). - No specific certifications required.
