**Job Title:** Analytics Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Finance organization’s Analytics team by contributing to data-driven initiatives and process improvements that enhance customer insights and decision-making for the Commercial business. Collaborate cross-functionally to gain practical business experience in a dynamic environment. **Expectations:** - Apply analytical skills to extract actionable insights from company data. - Execute projects independently and contribute to team deliverables with minimal supervision. - Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and process optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze data using tools and methodologies to support business objectives. - Execute high-impact projects aligned with Commercial business goals. - Assist the Analytics team in daily operations and special assignments. - Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Data management, predictive modeling, and data visualization fundamentals. - Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for BI/reporting (Power BI preferred). - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis. - Strong communication abilities (written and verbal) to present findings effectively. - Competency in Python or R preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled as a junior undergraduate student (or equivalent) at an accredited institution, with availability to complete the internship by rising into their senior year.
