**Job Title:** Account Manager
**Role Summary:**
Manage white‑glove relationships between the agency, talent (models, athletes, influencers, creators) and brand clients. Oversee partnership execution, develop content strategies, monitor performance metrics, and support talent day‑to‑day activities. Serve as a liaison to ensure brand alignment, consistent social‑media presence, and successful project outcomes within the creator economy.
**Expectations:**
- Execute negotiated partnerships from inception to completion, meeting contractual terms and milestones.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with talent and brands, providing guidance and relationship nurturing.
- Track and report KPIs, delivering post‑partnership analysis and insights.
- Ensure talent’s social‑media presence remains consistent and impactful.
- Contribute to talent onboarding, quarterly planning, and day‑to‑day scheduling support.
- Manage inbound PR requests, interview invitations, and event logistics.
- Participate in talent sourcing, outreach, gifting, and new brand pitch activities.
- Attend on‑site production days and events, offering on‑site coordination.
- Stay current on industry trends and tools to inform the team.
- Mentor new hires through the buddy program as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end‑to‑end partnership delivery, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and propose content concepts based on analytics and social trends.
- Monitor social‑media metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and present findings.
- Provide planning and organizational support for talent activities and schedules.
- Handle PR communications, media requests, and event invitations.
- Support business development by assisting with pitch preparation and client outreach.
- Represent the agency at production sites and talent events, ensuring smooth execution.
**Required Skills:**
- 1‑2 years experience in influencer marketing, PR, or related agency/in‑house role.
- Strong client‑talent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and expectation‑management skills.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and deadline‑driven task management.
- Proficiency in analyzing influencer/social‑media metrics and industry KPIs.
- Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
- Familiarity with fashion, beauty, and entertainment online communities.
- Collaborative team player with constructive feedback orientation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media analytics are a plus.
