Job Description
Job title Senior Analyst, Reporting Role Summary Lead enterprise and operational reporting initiatives, owning and optimizing Anaplan models for P&L, KPI, budgeting, and workforce planning. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, design dashboards, ensure data governance, and deliver insights to senior leadership. Expactations - Deliver accurate, timely consolidated financial and operational reports. - Maintain data integrity across Anaplan, ERP (JDE), and other integrated systems. - Continuously improve reporting processes and tools. - Provide end‑user training and documentation. - Align reporting outputs with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Own and enhance Anaplan models for P&L, KPI tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce/labor planning. - Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions, collaborating with stakeholders. - Gather, validate, and integrate data from multiple business units and systems for enterprise reporting. - Design and maintain dashboards for workforce metrics and scenario modeling. - Develop, maintain, and improve enterprise reporting frameworks, standardized templates, and automated reporting solutions. - Manage enterprise‑wide reporting initiatives, ensuring timely delivery to senior leadership. - Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial plans. - Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide analytical insights. - Deliver end‑user training, documentation, and support for Anaplan and reporting tools. - Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes using Anaplan and other platforms. - Present enterprise‑level insights and recommendations to executive leadership. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills - Minimum 4 years of Anaplan model building, administration, and enterprise planning. - Certified Anaplan Model Builder and/or Solution Architect. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot, VBA), SQL, Python, and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy). - Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP systems (JDE). - Knowledge of data governance, security protocols, and technical troubleshooting. - Strong communication, documentation, and project‑management skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a fast‑paced environment. - Preferred: experience in consumer products, retail, health care, or manufacturing. - Asset: advanced statistical modeling, scenario analysis, process automation; experience with BigQuery, Greenplum, Exadata, or Redshift.
