Direct a team of 10 Performance Advisors, coordinate with head‑office support functions, and drive local store operations (silo silos). Deliver sales results, develop regional strategies, and maintain farmer satisfaction while representing the cooperative’s values. **Expectations** * Deliver consistent revenue, margin, and market‑share growth for the territory. * Build and maintain a high‑performing, motivated sales team. * Align local operations with corporate policies and market intelligence. * Drive continuous improvement in store processes, merchandising, and customer service. * Provide transparent, timely reporting to the Regional Management. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Team Management & Motivation** – Head a 10‑person team of Performance Advisors; set targets, coach, and evaluate performance. 2. **Strategic Planning** – Define and implement the regional commercial strategy, using market data and competitor insights. 3. **Performance Analysis** – Track sales, margins, market share, and KPI trends; adjust tactics accordingly. 4. **Farmer Satisfaction** – Ensure high service levels for member farmers, addressing concerns and fostering loyalty. 5. **Opportunity Identification** – Spot new services, partnership prospects, and growth initiatives. 6. **Competitive Intelligence** – Gather and report competitive moves and market developments. 7. **Store Operations Oversight** – Support silo store managers in action plans, stock control, client relationships, and process optimization. 8. **Implementation of Corporate Tools** – Deploy merchandising, promotional, and digital solutions across the territory. 9. **Reporting & Communication** – Provide regular regional reports and updates to head‑office; liaise with cereals, procurement, and other central teams. 10. **Logistics & Mobility** – Travel extensively within the zone, operating from a silo base. **Required Skills** * Proven leadership and team‑building abilities. * B2B sales experience in agriculture, distribution, or retail. * Strong analytical skills for sales performance and market data. * Strategic thinking and capability to translate insights into action. * Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. * Autonomous, field‑savvy, and comfortable with frequent travel. * Problem‑solving mindset and proactive mindset toward process improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** * Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or an equivalent field. * First‑hand experience (internship or early career) in agriculture, B2B commerce, agricultural distribution, or point‑of‑sale management. * Valid driver’s license B (mandatory for the required mobility).
