Job Description
**Job Title:** QA Developer **Role Summary:** Perform functional and automation testing for scalable fintech software, collaborating in an agile, globally distributed team to ensure high‑quality releases and support end‑to‑end system development. **Expactations:** - Minimum 2 years of professional QA/testing experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; proactive, creative thinker. - Effective verbal and written communication in English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual functional test cases for major projects. - Conduct functional sprint testing and participate throughout the software lifecycle. - Identify, log, and verify defects using the team’s tracking tool. - Contribute technical input for performance analysis and application readiness reporting. - Attend and actively participate in team and client meetings. - Continuously expand expertise in information management and testing technologies. **Required Skills:** - Test automation programming (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar). - Experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL a plus. - Familiarity with Linux environments. - Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, JSON, HTML, XSLT, XML, AJAX, CSS) preferred. - Understanding of object‑oriented design and development concepts. - Ability to think “out of the box” and adapt to fast‑paced, agile settings. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. - No specific certifications required; relevant testing or automation certifications are a plus.
