**Job title** Traffic Manager **Role Summary** Oversee, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms, driving qualified traffic and revenue for the business. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable performance improvements and ROI. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, and sales teams. - Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Monitor key performance indicators (CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) and produce regular performance reports. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization actions. - Propose and test creative and targeting strategies to increase qualified traffic. - Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for integrated 360° campaigns (online & offline). - Keep abreast of platform changes, best practices, and new digital channels to recommend ROI‑improving actions. **Required Skills** - Expertise in paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics). - Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making and A/B testing experience. - Ability to translate data into clear reports and actionable recommendations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Creative problem‑solving and proactive approach to campaign optimization. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field. - Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certified, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent preferred.
