Job Description

Job title: Regional Sales Manager – Paris North Role Summary: Lead commercial development in the Paris North region, managing a field team of approximately nine permanent staff and additional seasonal promoters. Drive regional sales strategies, negotiate local agreements, and strengthen client relationships across key accounts. Expectations: Deliver measurable sales growth, maintain high team performance, and ensure effective communication with headquarters. Key Responsibilities - Marshal and coach field personnel, including permanent staff, seasonal promoters, and interns. - Co‑design and monitor regional action plans covering assortment, shelf layout, and promotional activities. - Optimize national agreements locally and negotiate tailor‑made operations. - Expand the client network with distribution centers, flagship stores, VIP accounts, and warehouses. - Relay field insights to headquarters and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives. - Conduct market surveillance and contribute to strategic analysis. Required Skills - Proven commercial management and negotiation experience. - Strong interpersonal and leadership aptitude for supervising a field team. - Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities with a proactive mindset. - Mastery of sales, merchandising, and data analytics tools (e.g., panels, Statigest). - Comfortable with digital suites (Office 365, Copilot). - Valid driving licence (B) for on‑the‑road duties. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree equivalent to Bac + 4/5 (Master, business school, or comparable). ---
