**Job Title**
Security Analyst – Dedicated GSOC
**Role Summary**
Provide 24/7 operational support for the Global Security Operations Center, handling incident dispatch, monitoring, reporting, and coordination of security and emergency resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for routine and emergency calls, ensure accurate data management, and maintain security system integrity across all regions.
**Expectations**
- Maintain continuous, reliable GSOC coverage and response capability.
- Deliver timely, accurate communication to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Uphold high standards of vigilance, professionalism, and confidentiality in high‑stress situations.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and incident escalation without delay.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Dispatch security officers, facilities staff, and on‑site EMS via phone/radio during incidents.
- Answer routine and emergency calls, providing calm, clear assistance.
- Monitor CCTV feeds, detect and escalate threats, and record alarm activity.
- Track and document security system maintenance, repairs, and equipment issues; liaise with the Systems Team for resolution.
- Compile and submit incident reports on thefts, alarms, accidents, and other events.
- Operate multi‑line telephone and radio equipment; manage badge issuance and related hardware.
- Support investigations team with technology‑related requests.
- Escalate critical events and complaints to shift supervisor, Site Ops Manager, and GSOC Manager.

- Proficiency with Everbridge, Ontic, and Microsoft 365.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Associate’s degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years experience in emergency/crisis management, emergency operations center, or similar role.
- Professional certifications desired: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP) or equivalent.
- Valid State Guard Card (if applicable).
