ServiceNow Solutions Consultant
**Role Summary**
Identify and design ServiceNow solutions that align with client business outcomes. Drive end‑to‑end engagement from discovery through proposal, contracting, and architecture alignment, while collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams to secure and deliver wins.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 7 years in enterprise IT, combining industry and consulting experience, with 3 + years of sales proposal and scoping leadership.
- SME depth on ServiceNow in at least two functional or technical areas (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, Integration Hub).
- Proven track record as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or ServiceNow Platform Lead preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead client conversations to uncover solution requirements, define success criteria, and shape outcome‑oriented proposals.
2. Draft persuasive Sales Proposals, Statements of Work, and technical solution narratives that protect client and vendor interests.
3. Respond to RFPs, develop win themes, and refine account strategy in partnership with sales.
4. Own platform and enterprise architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client vision.
5. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams (delivery SMEs, product owners, sales) to deliver customized, scalable solutions.
6. Mentor and influence multi‑skilled internal and external teams, fostering collaborative problem‑solving.
7. Continuously improve personal skill set and contribute to organizational learning culture.
**Required Skills**
- Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HR, Integration Hub, or equivalent).
- Advanced proposal writing, scoping, and solution design capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder communication, active listening, and EQ‑IQ blend.
- Ability to build relationships with senior client decision makers and internal partners.
- Self‑motivated, transparent, and receptive to feedback.
- Proven teamwork and influence in cross‑functional environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Continuous Professional Development and certification maintenance expected.
