Job Description: Job Title: Internal Sales Representative Role Summary: Provide first point of contact for customers, facilitating enquiries to invoice. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to position the company as preferred supplier. Generate new leads through proactive outreach, manage quotations and orders, and uphold safety, health, and environmental compliance. Expectations: - Deliver excellent telephone and written communication. - Demonstrate proven sales experience and customer‑centric approach. - Work collaboratively within a sales team. - Maintain accurate records and high attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as primary customer liaison across enquiry, quotation, and order stages. - Conduct proactive telephone calls to identify and nurture leads. - Coordinate with Customer Service Manager or Field Sales Manager to agree on contact frequency and methods. - Manage administration of quotations, orders, and invoicing via telephone and electronic channels. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. - Maintain accurate customer data and sales records. Required Skills: - Strong telephone etiquette and sales‑oriented communication. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand customer requirements. - Proactive lead generation and relationship building. - High level of planning, organizational ability, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Team‑player with enthusiasm and flexibility.
