Job Description
**Job Title:** Talent Management Project Coordinator Internship **Role Summary:** Internally coordinate and support the Talent Management team on multiple HR projects, including the annual talent review, talent development programs, the global Talent Managers community, and the group training policy. Work cross‑functionally with French and international subsidiaries, providing operational project management, benchmarking, framework creation, and communication. **Expectations:** - Current enrolment in a 5‑year higher‑education program (Business School, IEP, etc.). - Strong interest in project management and HR talent development. - Fluency in English (spoken & written); additional language skills welcome. - Autonomous, rigorous, organized and able to synthesize complex information. - Collaborative team player with excellent office‑suite skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute and monitor project deliverables: schedule meetings, set milestones, track progress. - Coordinate external vendors and internal stakeholders for Talent Management initiatives. - Conduct internal/external benchmarks to capture best practices in talent management. - Develop and standardize frameworks, tools, and templates to streamline deployment across the group. - Manage project cycle from scoping to delivery, including post‑implementation reviews. - Create professional PowerPoint presentations and supporting documentation for steering committees and senior stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Project coordination and stakeholder management. - Analytical thinking, data synthesis, and problem solving. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Effective written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s level) program: Business School, IEP, or equivalent. - No specific certification required at internship level.
