Job Description
**Job Title:** HR & Talent Coordinator **Role Summary:** Provide operational coordination across the employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, benefits, and HRIS management. Enable HR Business Partners to concentrate on strategic talent planning by ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and data‑accurate. **Expactations:** - Deliver a consistently high‑quality people service. - Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and sector regulations. - Act as a reliable liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and HR officers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post adverts, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and administer offers. - Oversee employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and HRIS record upkeep. - Support HRIS usage: ensure data integrity, identify process improvement opportunities, and maintain dashboards and reports. - Administer benefits: provide weekly reporting on new starters and leavers to the benefits administrator. - Respond to routine HR queries via AskHR inbox and refer complex issues to HR Business Partners. - Provide general HR coordination and contribute to People/HR projects. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Excel data management. - Strong recruitment support experience. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities. - Effective communication and stakeholder engagement. - Comfortable working in a process‑driven environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently pursuing). - Relevant experience in HR or Talent Administration/Coordination.
