**Job Title** Crew Member **Role Summary** Provide front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house service in a high‑volume hotel environment. Responsible for guest reception, room inventory management, bar operations, and maintaining food service standards while ensuring compliance with safety and licensing regulations. **Expactations** High energy, proactive, and customer‑centric with a do‑it‑yourself attitude. Excellent listener and clear communicator fluent in English (additional languages valued). Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced setting and works collaboratively as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities** - Welcome guests, facilitate check‑in/out, and manage room inventory via hotel systems. - Operate bar and food & beverage outlets; collect payments and ensure accurate billing. - Prepare and serve food, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and manage delivery/BOH organization. - Apply and uphold food safety, licensing, and health & safety policies. - Support crew members and follow instructions from Crew Leaders. - Promote the hotel brand and loyalty program to enhance guest experience. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal communication and customer‑service skills. - Proactive problem‑solving and teamwork. - Ability to multitask under pressure. - Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or Micros) and food safety/licensing regulations. - Fluency in English; other language proficiency is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a high‑school diploma or equivalent. - Valid food safety/licensing certification preferred. ---
