Your mission

As a Senior Devops Engineer, you will join our cloud operations team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, driving automation, scalability, and reliability. You will also play a key role in a major transformation project of our infrastructure, as we have embarked on an ambitious roadmap to scale our cloud operations and transform our infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of cloud innovation in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As part of the cloud operations team, you will contribute to the following activities, ensuring our infrastructure scales effectively and remains secure, reliable and financially optimized:
Cloud Infrastructure management: Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure to support Yseop’s SaaS solutions, ensuring operational readiness, performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Maintain and enhance infrastructure-as-code repositories using tools like Terraform or Ansible, driving standardization and automation.
Kubernetes orchestration: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS), focusing on high availability, scalability, and security.
CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with development, release and QA teams to integrate and manage CI/CD pipelines that support seamless application delivery and deployments.
Security: Participate in the deployment of best security practices to ensure that our cloud infrastructure meets industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Monitoring: Improve monitoring capabilities to ensure infrastructure stability, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize performance and fix issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, QA, and product teams to evolve our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain documentation of cloud architecture and processes while sharing expertise within the team.

Your profile
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in cloud / Devops engineering, with a focus on public cloud (AWS is a plus).
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with management of public cloud environments (AWS preferred but not required).
Experience in managing workloads in production and handling the associated RUN activities to ensure availability and reliability.
Hands-on experience with management of containerized infrastructure (e.g. Docker)
Proficiency in Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines, especially in cloud environments.
Familiarity with the concepts of security best practices and public cloud security (e.g. encryption, IAM, network security,...)
Problem-solving skills with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and performance.
Fluent in French and proficient in English (written and spoken).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications.
Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Helm, Docker Compose, ArgoCD or github actions.
Experience with additional scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Experience with SQL databases and their optimization.
Experience with LLM and AI services (e.g. AWS bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, OpenAI, …)

The Data Science Tech Lead plays a crucial role in the company’s analytical strategy, driving the implementation of advanced solutions that promote innovation and data-driven decision-making. About the Role - Your main responsibilities will be:


Leadership of Data Science projects: Lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive models, advanced analytics algorithms, and Machine Learning solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Technical supervision and team management: Coach and supervise a team of Data Scientists, ensuring the quality of work, fostering skill development among team members, and promoting collaboration within the team.
Definition of Data Science strategy: Develop analytical and results-oriented strategies. Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and business needs to support decision-making.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineering, Product, IT teams, and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate needs into technical solutions.
Development and deployment of models: Design, test, validate, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models. Ensure their maintenance and evolution based on new needs and available data.
Technological watch and innovation: Stay up-to-date with advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Identify new tools, techniques, and frameworks relevant to the company.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science, including 2 to 3 years in a leadership or Tech Lead role, and an engineering degree (master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, a collaborative spirit, strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring others.

Technical skills:

• Data Science & Machine Learning: Expertise in statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning, Deep Learning, big data analysis, and unstructured data processing.
• Programming languages: Proficiency in Python, R, and/or Scala. Knowledge of Machine Learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Big Data & Cloud: Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Data Wrangling and Data Preparation: Skills in data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis.
• Data Visualization Tools: Expertise with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn to create relevant visualizations.
• Algorithms and Optimization: In-depth knowledge of optimization algorithms, dimensionality reduction techniques, and predictive analytics models.

Mathematics/Statistics skills:
