Job Title: Client Success Manager Role Summary: Primary relationship owner for customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from privacy-safe advertising solutions through strategic engagement, proactive support, and measurable outcomes. Expectations: - Balance customer leadership, strategic planning, and solution delivery. - Oversee end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal with a focus on ROI. - Foster internal collaboration to address customer needs and align solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as primary point of contact, building trust-based relationships and conducting regular business reviews. - Design and execute customer success plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs. - Deliver presentations and insights demonstrating platform value and ROI to stakeholders. - Ensure customer adoption of solutions and identify expansion opportunities. - Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions. - Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals through value realization. - Partner with Sales to identify and execute account expansion opportunities.
