**Job title:** Manager, Engineering & Data Platform
**Role Summary:**
Lead a cross‑functional team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable software systems and enterprise data infrastructure. Oversee integration of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and MuleSoft, enforce Agile and DevOps practices, and ensure data architecture, governance, and compliance.
**Expectations:**

- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and data quality.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and operations stakeholders to align technology roadmap with strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the adoption and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and coach Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps practices for the engineering team.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and utilize static analysis tools.
- Own data architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Design and build data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics platforms; collaborate with analysts to create actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards aligned with organizational KPIs.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical mentorship and professional development for team members.
**Required Skills:**
- Leadership of software development/analytics teams.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse design, ETL, OLAP, and SQL database administration.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, MuleSoft, and API management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps automation.
- Data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and master data management.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, teamwork, and communication abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of technical experience in data governance, analytics, and enterprise data management.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-900, PL-100) and/or MuleSoft (Mule 4 Developer) preferred.
