Includes RICS qualification training, market analysis, and strategic fund structuring. **Expectations:** - University graduate (any discipline, minimum 2:1). - Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. - Fast learner committed to balancing professional and academic development. - Ability to contribute to cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Rotate through investment, lending, and corporate development teams. - Support end-to-end transaction processes in credit and investment committees. - Complete valuation secondment at partner firms. - Study for RICS qualification with firm sponsorship. - Analyze market gaps and develop fund strategies. - Engage with investor, borrower, and broker stakeholders. - Attend industry events to expand professional networks. **Required Skills:** - Analytical thinking and problem-solving. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement. - Time management to prioritize work/study commitments. - Proficiency in financial modeling or related software (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in any field (minimum 2:1). - Pursuing or committed to obtaining RICS qualification.
