**Job Title**
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Real Estate
**Role Summary**
Senior technology executive responsible for shaping and executing the technology vision of a UK‑listed real estate company. Leads digital transformation, with a focus on AI adoption, to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage across the business. Reports to the CEO and participates in C‑suite strategy discussions.

- Build and retain high‑performing technology teams while managing budgets and risk.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the overall technology strategy, including AI, data analytics, and platform modernization.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑wide systems and digital products.
- Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.
- Manage technology budgets, P&L, and long‑term investment plans.
- Collaborate with business units to translate market and customer needs into technical solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks, compliance controls, and risk‑management processes.
- Represent technology function in Board and investor communications.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior technology leadership, preferably as CTO or Director of Technology.
- Demonstrated track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to drive ROI from technology investments.
- Expertise in digital transformation, cloud architecture, data platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change‑leadership abilities.
- Experience in regulated, publicly listed environments is essential.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (required).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, AWS/Azure Cloud, or AI/ML credentials (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, Microsoft AI) are advantageous.
