**Job Title** Reliability & Operations Engineer **Role Summary** Maintain high availability, data freshness, and performance of production systems by monitoring metrics, troubleshooting incidents, automating workflows, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve observability and reliability. **Expectations** - 1‑3 years of experience in technical operations, SRE, support engineering, or data operations. - Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule, including evenings and weekends during high‑traffic events. - Communicate clearly in fast‑paced environments and work closely with product, content, and engineering teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Monitor key metrics and alerts; triage and resolve anomalies to sustain uptime and data freshness. 2. Manage recurring production jobs (content updates, reporting, dashboards) ensuring on‑time completion. 3. Script and document repeatable tasks, enhance runbooks, and develop self‑serve tools to reduce manual intervention. 4. Debug in production: inspect logs, query APIs, trace issues across services, and deliver root‑cause analysis and prevention. 5. Collaborate on launch planning, SLA/SLO definition, and observability improvements. 6.
