**Job title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Lead business analysis and project management for software initiatives, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications. Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodologies, lean techniques, and effective stakeholder communication. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality business and functional requirements that enable successful project delivery. - Manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning to support informed client decisions. - Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Continuously improve analytical processes and share best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct business analysis to identify needs, define requirements, and validate solutions. - Guide software projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery. - Create and maintain project budgets and implementation schedules. - Use techniques such as Lean Startup, Story Mapping, UML, BPMN, and Test‑First. - Apply tools including Visual Paradigm, Jira, Excel, and related applications. - Participate actively in Agile Scrum or Kanban projects, adapting to evolving needs. - Apply analytical skills to problem‑solve and propose innovative solutions. - Communicate effectively in Dutch and English; French language skill is a plus. - Share knowledge and stay updated on emerging technologies. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years as an IT Business or Functional Analyst. - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Story Mapping, UML, BPMN. - Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch & English. - Working knowledge of Jira, Visual Paradigm, Excel. - Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning. - Team‑player mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline. - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
