Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Role Summary: Deliver and optimize data‑driven digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable ROI across PPC, social media, email, and automation platforms. Expectations: - Execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture. - Provide strategic insight from performance analysis and recommend continuous improvement. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reporting and proactive strategy sessions. - Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives. - Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies for B2B clients. 2. Manage and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (PPC, social media, email). 3. Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration (HubSpot preferred) to enhance lead flow. 4. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc., providing insights and recommendations. 5. Collaborate with creative and broader marketing teams to align efforts with client OKRs. 6. Present performance dashboards and strategic recommendations to clients. 7. Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Required Skills: - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B agency. - Deep knowledge of PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads), social media, and content marketing. - Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM integration. - Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). - Strong project management, able to juggle multiple clients/campaigns. - Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting reports to clients. - Collaborative mindset for coordinating cross‑functional campaigns. - Data‑driven focus with ROI‑optimisation aptitude. - Solution‑focused, strategic, commercially minded, customer‑centric, authentic, and trustworthy. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. - Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing Software, or similar platforms are advantageous.
