Job title: Business Advisor Role Summary: Provide strategic financial and statistical guidance to enhance data standards, policy development, and performance management within a health system. Lead stakeholder engagement, conduct research and evaluation, deliver financial reporting expertise, and manage projects to support effective program and service delivery. Expactations: - Deliver expert financial and statistical standards that align with system mandates and best practices. - Build and sustain productive relationships with senior management, stakeholders, and clients. - Analyze fiscal impacts, recommend policy adjustments, and ensure alignment with government priorities. - Lead and coordinate research, analysis, and evaluation projects to meet deadlines. - Prepare and present high‑quality reports, briefings, and educational materials. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and improve financial and statistical data standards. - Conduct research, evaluation, and policy development for fiscal planning and performance management. - Lead stakeholder consultations and partnership activities to implement standards. - Provide financial policy, reporting, and advisory services. - Produce correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials for senior audiences. - Manage project planning, execution, and delivery of analytical outputs. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or related field. - CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred. - Demonstrated experience in healthcare finance or health data management.
