Job Title: Director Human Resources Information Technology
Role Summary:
Strategic leader responsible for the global HR technology strategy and end‑to‑end management of the Workday ecosystem. Leads design, configuration, optimization, and governance of all Workday modules while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce. Drives adoption of AI and emerging technologies, mentors a high‑performance HRIS team, and manages vendor relationships to deliver business‑aligned HR solutions.
Expectations:
- 10+ years in HR technology with 5+ years managing Workday at enterprise scale.
- Proven experience leading global HRIS teams and large‑scale system transformations.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating Workday with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change‑leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute an HR technology roadmap aligned with corporate digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute the global HR technology strategy, positioning Workday as the core platform.
2. Partner with the CHRO, HR COEs, and IT leaders to align the HRIS roadmap with enterprise transformation objectives.
3. Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, automation, and other emerging technologies within HR platforms.
4. Lead the design, configuration, and continuous optimization of Workday modules (HCM, Talent, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting).
5. Oversee system governance, security, compliance (SOX, GDPR), and data integrity across Workday.
6. Manage integrations between Workday and Salesforce, payroll, benefits, and other enterprise applications.
7. Build, lead, and mentor a cross‑functional HRIS team (product owners, analysts, developers, reporting specialists).
8. Establish agile delivery practices, release management, and change control frameworks to accelerate deployments.
9. Champion continuous improvement and standardization of global HR processes while accommodating local needs.
10. Manage relationships with Workday and other HR technology vendors, including contract negotiation and SOWs.
11. Lead RFP and vendor selection for new HR technology solutions.
12. Serve as the senior liaison among HR, IT, Finance, and business leadership for all HRIS initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Workday (HCM, Talent, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting).
- Experience with system integration (Workday ↔ Salesforce, payroll, benefits).
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in HR (automation, predictive analytics, intelligent talent tools).
- Strong project and portfolio management (Agile, SAFe, or similar).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change‑leadership abilities.
- Team leadership and mentoring.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications: Workday Pro (HCM, Talent, Compensation, or Learning), and/or Agile/SAFe (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master) or PMP.
