Expactations: • Deliver consistent sales growth and market share increase. • Operate within set budgets, pricing strategies, and corporate policies. • Foster a high‑performance team culture focused on customer satisfaction, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Identify market opportunities, develop and implement business plans, and execute sales strategies. - Lead, coach, and assess a team of sales representatives, setting clear expectations and targets. - Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. - Manage sales budgets, pricing, and compliance with corporate procedures. Required Skills: - Proven sales management experience (5‑7 years). - Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication, decision‑making, and issue‑resolution skills. - Customer‑relationship management expertise and a detail‑oriented, results‑driven mindset. - Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and maintain high customer focus.
