**Job Title**
Business Junior Management Controller (Full‑time)
**Role Summary**
Integrate the group’s control team to drive performance across four key distribution channels. Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting, support budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc projects, and automate dashboards to enhance data quality and decision‑making.
**Expectations**
- Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis.
- Maintain clean, segment‑aligned data sets.
- Collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and business units.
- Continuously improve reporting tools and processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Weekly Performance Tracking**
- Update and maintain retail & wholesale client database.
- Produce, update, and analyze Weekly Sales Reports for senior management.
- Identify variance drivers against targets and prior periods; explain findings.
- Refine the weekly format (automation, new KPIs, readability).
2. **Monthly Closings & Reporting**
- Reconcile revenue between accounting, POS and sales systems.
- Perform EPM‑accounting consistency checks.
- Collect, process, and analyze OPEX for all channels; coordinate with accounting and operations.
- Monitor rent expenses and analyse month‑over‑month changes.
- Contribute corrective action plans.
3. **Budgeting & Forecasting Support**
- Co‑ordinate construction of Sales & OPEX budgets with business units (assumptions, consolidation, decision points).
- Produce reforecasts, analyze deviations, update assumptions.
- Integrate budgets into EPM, perform reconciliation checks.
- Document assumptions and maintain clear version control.
4. **Ad‑hoc Projects & Tool Enhancements**
- Design and automate dashboards (sales, margins, OPEX, inventory).
- Establish & monitor CAPEX reporting (spend, progress, reconciliation).
- Lead process improvements: data quality, simplification, automation.
- Support the roll‑out of the new PIGMENT management tool (go‑live target May 2026).
**Required Skills**
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA).
- Business Intelligence (Power BI or equivalent).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Solid accounting knowledge (revenue, OPEX, reconciliations).
- Analytical, synthesizing, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong communication with accounting and business teams.
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, and adaptable.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+5) from business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management control and/or audit.
