Job title: E-Merchandiser H/F
Role Summary:
Drive product lifecycle and visual merchandising for the luxury e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with brand standards, optimizing online sales performance, and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives across digital, creative, and technical teams.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑quality, on‑time product launches and marketing activations.
- Maintain consistent brand experience and data integrity across the e‑commerce site.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform continuous improvement and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online catalogue (content, visuals, product data) and lead product listings according to rollout schedule.
- Ensure accurate product information in the PIM: sizes, materials, descriptions, pricing, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Build and execute commercial animation plans (seasonal campaigns, thematic categories, landing pages).
- Optimize manual and automated merchandising rules, launch promotions, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Produce creative briefs for designers, oversee design production, and monitor monthly NPS scores.
- Coordinate e‑commerce photo shoots with communication teams and production agencies; manage planning, asset delivery, and logistics.
- Monitor site KPIs, product performance, and omnichannel integration projects (gift cards, web‑to‑store).
- Collaborate with Acquisition, CRM, Omnichannel, Communication, Visual Merchandising, Retail, and IT teams to implement e‑commerce roadmaps and improve customer journeys.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in e‑commerce, preferably in premium fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proficient with Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred) and Google Analytics.
- Strong commercial mindset, performance orientation, and client service focus.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and understanding of premium positioning.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Effective project management, cross‑functional coordination, and attention to detail.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Business Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Relevant certifications in e‑commerce, digital analytics, or product management are advantageous.
