Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Lead full‑stack development and operations for scalable web applications, bridging front‑end, back‑end, database, cloud, and event‑driven systems. Drive architecture, performance, and team growth while ensuring continuous delivery and high reliability. Expectations: • 7+ years of software engineering and DevOps experience. • Proven record in end‑to‑end application development and deployment. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Design, code, test, and maintain Angular/React front‑ends. • Build and optimize Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot back‑ends. • Model and tune MySQL/PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability. • Architect and operate AWS cloud environments (EC2, RDS, ECS/Fargate, S3, CloudFormation). • Implement and manage Kafka‑based event streams. • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to translate requirements into technical specs. • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. • Troubleshoot and resolve cross‑stack technical issues, ensuring high availability. • Participate in release planning, CI/CD pipeline design, and automated testing. • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend stack improvements.
