Act as a bridge between cross‑functional teams and end users, continuously iterating the platform to meet evolving requirements while demonstrating strong ownership and customer‑centric focus. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality code and automation scripts that run on production servers. - Manage over 50 Linux servers, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. - Engage directly with users to capture requirements, provide support, and enable their own process development. - Maintain functional and non‑functional requirements, responding promptly to feedback and changing mission needs. - Operate under a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, embodying confidentiality and trust. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and implement Python/Django services for user and data management. - Author, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks for server provisioning, configuration, and upgrades. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux servers, Redis, and Nginx performance. - Provide training and support to end‑users, facilitating their own scripting and process improvements. - Keep platform architecture modular, allowing rapid adaptation to new mission objectives. **Required Skills** - Python (3.x), Django, SQL, Ansible, Git, Linux, Redis, Nginx. - Proven experience building and deploying applications on Linux servers; strong troubleshooting skills. - Direct customer interaction and support experience. - 8+ years of relevant software engineering/DevOps experience. - TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. - Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work autonomously within a team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or 4 additional years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree. - (Optional) Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer, or equivalent, are advantageous.

Expectations: - 12+ years of professional software development experience (or a B.S. in a technical field plus an additional 4 years of equivalent experience). - TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. - Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies, take ownership of projects, and adapt to evolving security requirements.
