Job title: Engineering Design Engineer (E/D/E) Role Summary: Responsible for designing and developing marine vessels and their equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Works closely with cross‑functional teams and manages product validation both in-house and with suppliers. Expactations: Deliver technical and commercial solutions on schedule, adapt to client needs, and propose innovative improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Design vessel equipment and subsystems according to customer requirements and regulations. • Create and manage assembly bill‑of‑materials for designed components. • Conduct design reviews, technical and commercial planning, and coordinate with suppliers for quality assurance. • Perform product inspections in workshops and at suppliers to validate designs. • Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and visual assets with precision and autonomy. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑growing environment. Required Skills: • Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks, Rhino, or equivalent). • Strong knowledge of naval engineering standards (marine environment, safety, impact, vibration, sealing, etc.). • Ability to analyze and solve engineering problems, propose solutions, and adapt to changing requirements. • Technical English communication (reading, writing, speaking). • Team orientation, independence, and meticulous attention to detail. Required Education & Certifications: • Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical, Structural, Mechatronics, or equivalent field. • Minimum of 4 years experience in an engineering design office, preferably in naval, defense, or complex industrial sectors.

**Job Title** Business Engineer (H/F) **Role Summary** Develop technical and financial responses to commercial requests for spare parts, manage the end‑to‑end sales process from quotation to delivery, and provide customer support for parts and after‑sales services.
