Job Title: Website Designer & Developer
Role Summary: Own the end‑to‑end design‑to‑code workflow for a high‑traffic, conversion‑focused website. Deliver responsive, fast, and AI‑friendly web experiences that continually grow traffic and leads through data‑driven design, SEO, and performance optimization.
Expectations: • Produce high‑fidelity, responsive sites within days, not weeks. • Run A/B tests and CRO initiatives to lift conversion rates. • Keep the site current with industry trends, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. • Maintain Core Web Vitals, LLM‑compatible SEO, and semantic HTML for optimal search and AI indexing. • Collaborate cross‑functionally while owning the digital front end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and launch responsive web pages using Webflow, Framer, or custom headless CMS.
- Create and implement advanced AI‑SEO strategies (structured data, knowledge graphs, semantic HTML).
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to maximize conversions.
- Update site content dynamically to reflect product releases and market shifts.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, and overall site speed.
- Build custom animations and interactive components with JavaScript/GreenSock that enhance engagement without degrading performance.
- Analyze user behavior with Google Search Console, Hotjar, GA4, and adjust designs accordingly.
- Leverage AI tools for coding assistance, content structuring, and asset generation to accelerate delivery.
Required Skills:
- Portfolio evidencing strong UI/UX design and front‑end development.
- Experience with Webflow, Framer, or headless CMS platforms.
- Deep technical SEO knowledge (keyword strategy, schema, LLM indexing).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and animation libraries (e.g., GreenSock).
- Familiarity with analytics and behavior‑tracking tools (GA4, Hotjar, Search Console).
- Ability to prototype and ship high‑quality pages within days.
- Comfortable using AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT) for development and content.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- Optional certifications: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Scrum, or similar.
