Job title: Product Marketing Manager – Test Data Management (12‑Month Fixed Term)
Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution for new capabilities and products within the Test Data Management portfolio. Define strategy, target audiences, messaging, and success metrics, and collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Expectations
* Deliver a comprehensive launch plan and execution calendar for each new feature or product.
* Build and maintain measurable KPIs, reporting on campaign effectiveness and product performance.
* Provide insights that influence product roadmap and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the GTM planning cycle – product positioning, value propositions, personas, pricing models, and key messaging.
2. Conduct market, competitive, and customer‑feedback research to uncover insights and shape product strategy.
3. Develop sales enablement assets (briefings, collateral, training videos, playbooks) that equip sales teams to close deals.
4. Partner with Product Management to align product features and release schedules with marketing plans.
5. Manage launch campaigns across digital, content, events, and PR, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
6. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate to optimize ROI.
7. Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback, and align priorities.
Required Skills
* Proven product marketing or GTM experience in a B2B technology environment.
* Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer‑focused value propositions.
* Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Data‑driven mindset with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and metrics reporting.
* Project‑management proficiency – juggling multiple initiatives and cross‑functional teams.
* Familiarity with marketing‑automation and sales‑enablement tools (e.g., Marketo, Seismic, Salesforce, Crayon) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* No mandatory certifications required, though experience with PM and marketing‑automation platforms is valued.
