**Job Title:** Senior Account Executive – Future Country Head (UK) **Role Summary:** Lead the entry and expansion of Aldagram’s SaaS project‑management solution in the UK and broader Europe. Own the full enterprise sales cycle, build a high‑performing pipeline, and lay the foundation for a future country‑head role while establishing best‑practice sales processes in a new market. **Expectations:** - Right‑to‑work in the UK. - Minimum 5 + years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven record of meeting/exceeding targets. - Ability to operate autonomously, set strategy, and drive revenue growth from scratch. - Willingness to develop and potentially lead a cross‑functional sales/marketing/customer‑success team as the business scales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prospect enterprise customers via cold calling, email, social media, and other outbound channels. - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle: qualification, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate forecasting and reporting. - Translate customer pain points into tailored SaaS solutions and value‑based proposals. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine go‑to‑market strategy. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer‑success teams to optimize client outcomes. - Define and implement sales process best practices for a new market. - (Preferred) Recruit, mentor, and manage a sales/marketing/customer‑success team of 5+ as the organization expands. **Required Skills:** - Enterprise SaaS sales expertise with full‑cycle ownership. - Strong prospecting and lead‑generation skills across multiple channels. - Proven ability to close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals. - Value‑based selling and account‑planning capability. - Excellent communication, presentation, and executive‑level relationship‑building. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics. - Technical understanding of SaaS products, integrations, and APIs. - Knowledge of construction, real estate, manufacturing, or engineering sectors (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified SaaS Sales Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus but not mandatory.
