Job Description
**Job Title:** Director, International Program **Role Summary:** Lead and execute complex, high-impact global initiatives across diverse markets, integrating cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to drive strategy, execution, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. **Expactations:** - Deliver end-to-end program management from strategy to operational launch for international projects. - Maintain alignment with executive leadership, legal, finance, supply chain, and local partners. - Travel 25‑50% as required for stakeholder engagement and site oversight. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and lead growth initiatives, including due diligence, system transitions, and change management. - Manage full program lifecycle: planning, contract negotiation, vendor selection, implementation, and operational execution. - Serve as primary interface for projects, coordinating with EPCs, customers, and international partners on scope, timelines, and commercial terms. - Allocate resources, track milestones, cost, and performance metrics across multiple projects. - Ensure contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful integration of solutions. - Utilize financial and operational data for forecasting, budgeting, and improvement. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, driving resolution in ambiguous environments. - Evaluate program outcomes post-implementation to sustain success and identify scalability opportunities. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of program management or integration experience with international scope. - 5+ years leading complex integration, expansion, or transformation initiatives in matrixed environments. - Strong analytical, business acumen, and financial literacy. - Proven stakeholder management and communication across all organizational levels. - Ability to influence executive stakeholders and navigate cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in program scheduling, vendor management, and contract negotiation. - Travel flexibility (25‑50%). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (required). - MBA or advanced degree preferred. - PMP certification strongly preferred.
