**Job Title:** Engineering Lead - Optical Systems & Photonics Hardware (Healthtech, Deep Tech) **Role Summary:** Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop innovative healthtech solutions, focusing on optical systems, photonics hardware, and AI-integrated medical diagnostics. Provide technical direction, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance for life-science instrumentation. **Expectations:** Deliver technical leadership in a fast-paced startup environment, ensuring engineering strategies align with product roadmaps.
