**Job Title:** Data Scientist
**Role Summary:**
Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve engineering problems in analog/RF semiconductor design and manufacturing. Own the end‑to‑end ML pipeline, from data acquisition to production deployment and monitoring, collaborating closely with electrical, RF, and product teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver actionable ML solutions that improve yield, quality, and design automation.
- Translate complex technical problems into robust, production‑grade models.
- Maintain high standards of model performance, reproducibility, and scalability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and optimize predictive models for yield improvement, quality analysis, and device modeling.
- Apply advanced techniques (CNNs, transformers, time‑series, probabilistic methods) to RF signal classification and anomaly detection.
- Engineer features and preprocess large, high‑dimensional datasets from test, manufacturing, and simulation sources.
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy models using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Scikit‑learn.
- Implement model monitoring and retraining pipelines; orchestrate workflows with tools such as Airflow or MLflow.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and provide insights to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Stay current with ML research relevant to semiconductor, signal processing, and high‑dimensional data.
- Contribute to research publications, patents, or open‑source projects as appropriate.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn).
- Expertise in statistical analysis, optimization, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with large, complex datasets (sensor, waveform, EDA outputs).
- Excellent communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience (Ph.D. preferred) in machine learning or a closely related discipline.
