Job Description
Job title: Associate Project Manager Role Summary: Coordinate and manage the day‑to‑day operations of multiple cardiovascular clinical trials from start‑up through closeout, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, timelines, and budgets while facilitating effective communication between sponsors, clinical teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Expactations: Deliver on project milestones, maintain accurate documentation and financial tracking, and sustain compliance with FDA/ICH/GCP standards. Demonstrate proactive risk management, contribute to quality assurance, and support sponsor and internal team alignment. Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid schedule and collaborate across disciplines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead start‑up, monitoring, and closeout phases of assigned trials. - Develop, update, and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines. - Track and report project performance, financials, and deliverables. - Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and internal SOPs. - Support sponsor communications and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration. - Contribute to trial documentation, risk management, and quality assurance activities. Required Skills: - Project management and organizational skills; experience with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex information to internal and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations and relevance to clinical trial operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Analytical mindset for monitoring budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. - Team‑oriented attitude with the capacity for independent decision‑making.
