**Job Title:** Senior Product Analyst **Role Summary:** Lead data-driven product analysis for a high-growth online publishing and entertainment platform. Own end-to-end reporting, experimentation, and insight generation to influence product strategy and drive business outcomes. **Expectations:** - Deliver actionable insights that shape product decisions and prioritize features. - Mentor cross‑functional teams on experimentation design and metric definition. - Actively drive a self‑service data culture and maintain robust analytics infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting systems for product, engineering, research, and design stakeholders. - Perform deep-dive analyses on feature performance, user behavior, and A/B test results; translate findings into clear recommendations. - Design and run experiments, define success metrics, and assess impact on key business outcomes. - Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions. - Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and design to embed data insights into the product roadmap. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years of data analysis in an online product or SaaS environment. - Advanced SQL proficiency (large‑scale data platforms such as ClickHouse). - Strong statistical foundation: hypothesis testing, time‑series forecasting, and experiment design. - Experience with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Redash, Mode, Tableau). - Proficiency in ETL tooling (DBT, Airflow). - Hands‑on Python with pandas, numpy, and related libraries. - Knowledge of A/B testing best practices and metrics definition. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable product recommendations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. ---
