Job Description: **Job Title** Full‑Stack Java Developer (F/M) **Role Summary** Develop new features for a candidate‑management platform, collaborating daily with Product Owner and UX Designer. Contribute to technical design, testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement of the technology stack. Opportunity to progress to team‑lead responsibilities. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience. - Proactive, initiative‑taking attitude with ability to own projects end‑to‑end. - Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge. - Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional agile team. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement new functionalities using Java (Jakarta EE, Spring Boot) and Vue.js (or other modern JS framework). - Write and maintain unit tests (JUnit/Jupiter, Mockito), integration tests (Testcontainers, RestAssured) and end‑to‑end tests (Cypress). - Participate in technical design and architecture discussions for upcoming features. - Contribute to improving the overall technology stack and development processes. - Support CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) and assist with build, deployment, and production release activities. - Mentor junior developers and optionally take on team‑lead duties. **Required Skills** - Java (Jakarta EE, Spring, Hibernate) – 5+ years. - JavaScript/TypeScript with experience in a front‑end framework (Vue.js, Angular, or React). - Testing frameworks: JUnit/Jupiter, Mockito, Testcontainers, RestAssured, Cypress. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm (preferred). - CI/CD concepts and tools, specifically GitLab CI. - Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Java, AWS, Kubernetes) are a plus.
