**Job Title**
Engagement Manager / Business Applications Project Director
**Role Summary**
Drive the delivery and success of digital business application projects, acting as the primary client interface and project leader. Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring measurable client satisfaction. Support business development through bid response, contract negotiation, and identification of growth opportunities.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 7 years managing Java or PHP development projects, preferably within an ESN (IT consulting) environment.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑discipline initiatives with high stakes.
- Strong digital literacy and familiarity with front‑end/back‑end frameworks, cloud, and data‑infrastructure solutions.
- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or V‑model methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; entrepreneurial mindset and client‑service orientation.
- Proficiency in professional English; French language skill is a plus.
- Experience in results‑based engagement models and working with sales, technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Client Relationship Management** – Build and maintain trust with key stakeholders; act as the single point of contact, understand strategic objectives, and drive client satisfaction.
2. **Project Delivery Orchestration** – Plan, monitor, and control projects covering business applications, mobile, data platforms, and integrations. Coordinate internal and partner teams (design, dev, UX/UI, integration, cloud, data).
3. **Scope, Schedule, Budget & Quality Control** – Ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards; manage risks, unblock blockers, and report milestones to clients and leadership.
4. **Portfolio & KPI Management** – Track performance across projects, drive continuous improvement, and provide regular status updates to delivery leadership.
5. **Strategic Contribution & Growth** – Respond to RFPs, participate in contract negotiations, identify expansion opportunities, co‑create client roadmaps aligned with business priorities, and stay updated on industry innovations (UX/UI, frameworks, emerging tech).

- Professional certifications preferable: PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, or similar.
