Job Description: **Job Title** Senior Product Manager – Vertical SaaS (Remote) **Role Summary** Drive the end‑to‑end launch and scaling of a SaaS product that converts 3D design data into cost estimates for pool and landscape designers. Act as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, and executive leadership, shaping roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring rapid value delivery to a captive customer base. **Expectations** - Lead a full product launch cycle from MVP to revenue traction. - Own product strategy, roadmap, and go‑to‑market positioning. - Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross‑functional teams with minimal hierarchy. - Apply AI and automation to product insights and development. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Customer & Product Mastery** - Deep dive into product architecture and user flows. - Conduct customer interviews to uncover friction and user needs. - Work with engineering to finalize and ship the MVP. 2. **Controlled Rollout** - Onboard selected accounts with hands‑on support. - Lead structured feedback loops. - Prioritize fixes, defer items, and adjust roadmap based on data. 3. **Scale & Growth** - Design in‑product onboarding flows for rapid value realization. - Own roadmap prioritization as the user base expands. - Partner with marketing on positioning while maintaining product ownership. - Plan and launch future modules to sustain category leadership. **Required Skills** - 6+ years in SaaS product roles with at least one full launch cycle. - Proven vertical SaaS experience. - Strong customer discovery, interview, and needs‑analysis skills. - Ability to collaborate directly with founders/CEOs and make decisions autonomously. - High execution speed, sound judgment, and comfort in ambiguity. - Active use of AI tools for workflow and product problem solving. - Excellent spoken English. **Nice‑to‑Have Skills** - Background in cost estimation, proposals, contracts, or related workflow SaaS. - Experience replacing manual processes with automated solutions. - Successful SaaS launch into an established customer base with early revenue traction. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - No mandatory certifications.
