**Job Title** Regional Sales Executive / Senior Executive **Role Summary** Lead and grow sales operations across the Northeast and Southeast U.S. region, developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets, managing distributor relationships, and expanding market presence for a leading FMCG/F&B brand. **Expectations** - Achieve regional revenue and profit goals. - Travel regularly within the assigned territory. - Operate independently while coordinating with senior management and cross‑functional teams. - Deliver accurate forecasts and timely sales reports. **Key Responsibilities** - **Sales Strategy & Planning:** Design and implement regional sales plans; set goals, budgets, and performance metrics; coordinate quarterly/annual orders and business plans with distributors; organize trade shows and promotional events. - **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and sustain relationships with key accounts and partners; tailor solutions to customer needs; ensure high satisfaction and rapid issue resolution. - **Sales Execution:** Conduct prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and close deals; maintain pipeline health; collaborate for seamless order fulfillment. - **Market Expansion & Business Development:** Identify new segments, channels, and partnership opportunities to broaden market reach. - **Reporting & Analysis:** Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights; recommend actions based on market trends and data; manage regional business plans. **Required Skills** - Proven sales methodology expertise in FMCG/F&B. - Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive decisions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Multitasking capability under pressure. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Advantageous: fluency in English and Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Korean. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; industry experience in F&B or FMCG preferred.
