Job Title: Marketing Assistant Role Summary: Support the Director of Marketing by executing marketing campaigns, managing collateral, and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality marketing assets on time, collaborate efficiently with internal teams, and proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. - Create, edit, and format marketing collateral, including presentations, PDFs, and graphics. - Track and analyze campaign metrics, compiling regular performance reports for stakeholders. - Coordinate event logistics, vendor relationships, and on‑site execution. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. - Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations such as scheduling, file organization, and budget monitoring. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (B2B, agency, or brand marketing preferred). - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Photoshop knowledge is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong digital vision, creativity, and awareness of current marketing trends. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
